Welcome to BuffaloNickelStudio's shipping and delivery information. We ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders with transparent packaging and reasonable costs. Our aim is to build trust and loyalty by providing a seamless shipping experience.
Order Processing:

All items are made to order with a 7-10 business day turnaround, beginning the next business day after the order is placed.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Preorders:

Preorder items will display estimated turnaround times in their product descriptions.

Orders containing both made-to-order and preorder items will ship together once all items are ready.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS), we are no longer liable for the package.
Returns to Sender:

If a package is returned to us, customers are responsible for covering the cost of a new shipping label.
Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not file claims or contact USPS/UPS on your behalf but can assist with providing necessary documentation for claims.
Return & Refund Policy
At BuffaloNickelStudio, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free for our customers. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we've got you covered.
Please read the following guidelines carefully. The ONLY items that are eligible for return are items that are sent incorrect, damaged or purchased at full retail price.
We consider all items FINAL SALE unless they are purchased at full retail price, damaged or incorrect. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We cannot make any edits/changes/cancelations/etc to an order once it has been placed. If a customer is adamant that their order needs to be cancelled, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the transaction fees.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.
Final Sale Items:
Consider all items FINAL SALE unless they are purchased at full retail price.
Items purchased using a coupon code or any amount of store credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Please check order history to review order. Orders purchased with store credit from a previous return are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All preorders & deal of the day are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Custom made items are FINAL SALE. Please be sure you are selecting the correct information.
Eligibility for Returns:
The ONLY items that are eligible for return are items that are sent incorrect, damaged or purchased at full retail price.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, or from the date your order was marked "Ready for Pickup."
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags and labels attached. Items that appear to have wear or use will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or does not have the original tags intact it will not qualify for a return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@buffalonickelstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You may also initiate the return request process through your customer account on the website.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchange or Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect the authorized returned item(s), we will process your return, and issue a store credit or initiate the exchange process.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or a unique coupon code that can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please contact our customer service team at hello@buffalonickelstudio.com within 3 days of receiving your defective/incorrect order.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
We do our very best to inspect every piece of clothing before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, we truly apologize for this. Please do not open your packages with scissors. If you cut an item while trying to remove your packaging we are NOT responsible.
Lost Packages:
If your package has been lost or marked as "delivered" (but you haven't received it), please contact your local post office to start a claim. A claim MUST be started with your local post office, to protect you. Packages lost or stolen during transit are unfortunately out of our control and therefore, we cannot refund items that do not make it back to us. However, we will happily replace the lost item(s), if we have additional inventory of the lost item(s). If we do not have additional inventory, we will work with you to make sure you get something you like, or a store credit for a future purchase.
Repeat Returns:
Please be respectful of small businesses, we are NOT big box stores. If you return more than 5 times, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount on the 6+ return. The 15% restocking fee will continue to apply to all returns from that point on. Please let us know if you have any questions at all prior to ordering. We are more than happy to help you!
Please note that Buffalo Nickel Studio reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements or are sent back without prior authorization.
